👉 Recipe:
✅ Step 1:
Eggs - 3 pcs.
Salt - 1/4 tsp.
Kefir - 250ml. (can be replaced with natural yogurt + 1 tbsp lemon juice)
Flour - 200g.
Cocoa - 40g.
Baking soda - 1 tsp (10 g.)

✅ Step 2:
Sour cream - 800g. (you can use fresh cream 30-33%)
Powdered sugar (sugar) - 120/150g.
Vanillin - 2g.

✔️Bake for ~ 15 minutes at 180°C
(on a large baking sheet from the oven)
