Cake Royal sour cream

🍰 The ingredients are calculated for a cake measuring 19 by 20 cm, 7 cm high and weighing 1500 g.

Chocolate sponge cak

Eggs - 3 pcs.
Sugar - 160 g (8 tablespoons without top)
Salt - ¼ tsp
Sour cream with a fat content of 20% - 250 g
Soda - 6 g (1 tsp)
Wheat flour - 140 g (7 tablespoons without top)
Cocoa - 40 g (4 tablespoons without top)
Vinegar 9% - 12 g (1 tbsp.)

Cream on sour cream

Sour cream with a fat content of 20% - 600 g
Condensed milk - 240 g
Vanillin - 1.5 g (1 tsp)
Lemon juice - 20 g (1 tbsp + 1 tsp)

🔸 Sour cream in this recipe can be replaced with thick natural yogurt, such as "Greek" or "Turkish";
🔸 1 tbsp. l. 9% vinegar can be replaced with 2 tbsp. l. freshly squeezed lemon juice;
🔸 Be sure to take high-quality condensed milk, which includes only whole milk and sugar;
🔸 1.5 g (1 tsp) vanilla can be replaced with 10 g (2 tsp) vanilla sugar. Vanilla or vanilla sugar optional, if you don't like it, you can not add;
🔸 The biscuit is baked on a 29 x 40 cm baking sheet at 180°C / 356°F, top/bottom heat, about 12-15 minutes. My cake took 14 minutes to bake.
