🍁 Ingredientes:
120 gr de Mantequilla + 30 gr de Aceite neutro.
60 a 70 gr de Azúcar blanca (1/3 Taza).
60 gr de Azúcar Morena (1/3Taza).
1/2 cdta de esencia de Vainilla.
130 gr de Pure de Calabaza.
160 gr de Harina de trigo todo uso (1 1/4 Taza).
30 gr Leche Polvo o Maicena (4 Cdas).
1 1/4 Cdta Polvo Hornear.
1/4 Cdta Bicarbonato de sodio.
1/4 a 1/2 cdta de sal.
1/2 cdta Canela Molida.
1/4 Cdta Nuez Moscada.
1/4 Cdta Jengibre Molido.
1/8 cdta Clavo Molido.
30 gr/ml de Leche tibia.
50 gr de Nueces picadas para decorar mezcladas con 1/2 Cdta de Harina.

🍁 Ingredients:
120 gr of Butter + 30 gr of Neutral Oil.
60 to 70 gr of White Sugar (1/3 Cup).
60 gr of Brown Sugar (1/3 Cup).
1/2 tsp of Vanilla essence.
130 gr of Pumpkin Puree.
160 gr All-purpose flour (1 1/4 Cup).
30 gr Milk Powder or Cornstarch (4 Tbsp).
1 1/4 tsp Baking Powder.
1/4 tsp Baking Soda.
1/4 to 1/2 tsp Salt.
1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon.
1/4 tsp Nutmeg.
1/4 tsp Ground Ginger.
1/8 tsp Ground Cloves.
30 gr/ml Warm Milk.
50 gr Chopped Nuts for decoration mixed with 1/2 tsp Flour.
