Making a giant cinnamon roll cake is easier than you think, perfect to share with the family and of course you can make them in smaller individual molds and you will get many more, either way it is a bread that you will love because it is very soft, moist and delicious, come with me to the recipe.

⏩Ingredientes:
500 gr Harina de trigo todo uso o harina de fuerza o una combinación(3 3/4 Taza + 2 Cdas).
2 Huevos ( 100 gr de líquidos).
115 a 135 gr/ml de Leche (Yo necesite 125 gr/ml1/2 Taza +/- 2 Cdas).
80 gr/ml de Agua (1/3 Taza).
6 a 7 gr de Levadura seca(2 a 2 1/4 cdta).
75 gr de Azúcar (1/3 Taza).
10 gr de Azucar de naranja o vainillada (Sustituye por 10 gr mas de azúcar y agrega ralladura).
7 gr de Sal(1 1/4 cdta).
100 de mantequilla sin sal.
Relleno:
115 gr de Mantequilla con o sin sal (1 Barra + 1 Cda).
120 gr de azucar morena o mascabado(1/2 Taza + 2 Cdas)
8 gr de Canela molida (3 cdtas)
Cobertura:
110 gr de Queso Crema.
50 a 60 gr de Azucar glass o azucar polvo (1/2 Taza).
1 a 2 cdtas de leche.

⏩Ingredients:
500 gr All-purpose wheat flour or strong flour or a combination (3 3/4 Cup + 2 Tbsp).
2 Eggs (100 gr of liquids).
115 to 135 gr/ml of Milk (I needed 125 gr/ml 1/2 Cup +/- 2 Tbsp).
80 gr/ml of Water (1/3 Cup).
6 to 7 gr of Dry Yeast (2 to 2 1/4 tsp).
75 gr of Sugar (1/3 Cup).
10 gr of Orange or Vanilla Sugar (Replace with 10 gr more of sugar and add zest).
7 gr of Salt (1 1/4 tsp).
100 gr of Unsalted Butter.
Filling:
115 gr of Butter with or without salt (1 Stick + 1 Tbsp).
120 gr of Brown Sugar (1/2 Cup + 2 Tbsp)
8 gr of Ground Cinnamon (3 tsp)
Covering:
110 gr of Cream Cheese.
50 to 60 gr of powdered sugar (1/2 cup).
1 to 2 tsp of milk.

⏩Recommendations:
1. If you make this bread, the cooking time depends on the size of your mold. It took me 55 minutes, but it may take less or a little more depending on your oven. That's why I tell you that you can check if it's ready by inserting a thermometer to check the temperature of the bread, which should be between 85 to 99 C. If you make individual rolls, the cooking time is 20 to 25 minutes.
