Recipe 1:
One 250g/8.8oz sheet of puff pastry.
Shape about 25 cm / 10 inches.
Water.
2 teaspoons of sugar.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C / 355 F for 18-20 minutes.
2 cups very cold 33-35% cream (480 ml / 16 fl oz).
1 cup powdered sugar (120 g).
2 cups mascarpone cream cheese (500 g).
2 teaspoons of vanilla essence.

2 teaspoons of sugar.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C / 355 F for 18-20 minutes.
2 teaspoons of cocoa powder.
Keep in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Recipe 2:
200 ml milk cream with 33% (1 glass).
100 ml milk (1/2 glass).
100 grams of sugar (1/2 glass).
1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Cook over medium heat until the sugar has dissolved.
We will use this to moisten the cake later.
4 eggs, separate the yolks from the whites.
4 egg yolks.
100 grams of sugar (1/2 glass).
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence.
30 grams of cornstarch (2 tablespoons).
400 ml milk (2 glasses).
Cover and let cool to room temperature.
3 eggs.
100 grams of sugar (1/2 glass).
100 grams of flour (3/4 glass).
1 teaspoon baking powder.
18 cm (7”) baking pan with baking paper.
Place in the preheated oven at 180 degrees (356 F) for 30-35 minutes.
4 egg whites.
200 grams of sugar (1 glass).
Heat in a steam bath over very low heat.
Heat and mix until you feel with your fingers that the sugar has dissolved.
Beat for 7-8 minutes until you get this texture.
If you don't have direct heat, you can grill at 180 degrees for 5 minutes for a similar result.
