Brownie or simply a chocolate brownie, is a chocolate baked confection.Brownies come in a variety of forms and may be either fudgy or cakey, depending on their density. Brownies often,but not always,have a glossy “skin” on their upper crust.They may also include nuts,frosting,chocolate chips or other ingredients.

Ingredients:
200 g dark chocolate
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 eggs
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder

Method:
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Melt chocolate and butter together.
Beat sugar,brown sugar, and eggs together until creamy.Add salt and vanilla essence. Add the chocolate and butter mixture and mix it well. Add the flour and cocoa powder and gently fold in and then grease the baking pan and pour the mixture into the baking pan and then add the chopped chocolate above the mixture. Bake it for 25-30 minutes.
