These Mini Cheesecakes feature a Lotus Biscoff crust with a smooth and creamy cheesecake filling. This recipe is incredibly easy to make and one of my favorite mini desserts.
You can leave these mini cheesecakes plain or top them with anything.
This recipe will make 12 mini cheesecakes.
INGREDIENTS:
300 gr cream cheese
150 gr sour cream
100 gr sugar
2 eggs
15 gr flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp lemon juice
175 gr Lotus Biscoff biscuits
60 gr butter
6 strawberries for topping
