Resep Garlic Fried Rice (untuk 1-2 porsi)

Bahan:
8 siung bawang putih, iris
1-2 porsi nasi putih
1-2 butir telur
¼ buah bawang bombai, dice ½ cm
1-2 batang daun bawang, iris
2 sdm kecap asin
1 sdm mentega
1 sdt kaldu / dashi bubuk
¼ sdt merica
2 sdt gula
½ sdm tepung terigu
½ buah wortel, dice 3 mm
⅙ buah paprika merah, dice

Langkah:
1. Iris bawang putih, beri sedikit tepung, aduk rata, lalu goreng hingga kuning keemasan, tiriskan
2. Panaskan kembali wajan, masukkan telur, aduk, lalu tambahkan bawang bombai, wortel, paprika, dan daun bawang, aduk rata
3. Masukkan nasi putih, aduk rata, lalu tambahkan kecap asin, dashi bubuk, gula, merica, aduk kembali, masukkan mentega, aduk rata
4. Untuk garnish daun bawang, bilas dengan air dingin
5. Sajikan garlic fried rice dengan bawang goreng dan daun bawang

Garlic Fried Rice Recipe (yield: 1-2 servings)

Ingredients:
8 clove garlic, sliced
1-2 serving rice
1-2 pc egg
¼ pc onion, diced into ½-cm squares
1-2 pc green onion, sliced
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp stock powder / dashi powder
¼ tsp pepper
2 tsp sugar
½ tbsp flour
½ pc carrot, diced into 3-mm squares
⅙ pc red bell pepper, diced

Steps:
1. Slice the garlic. Coat with a little bit of flour and fry until golden. Set aside.
2. Heat the pan again. Add the eggs in and stir, then add the onion, carrots, bell peppers, and green onions. Mix well.
3. Add the rice in and stir. Then, add the soy sauce, dashi powder, sugar, pepper, and butter in. Mix well.
4. For the green onion garnish, rinse with cold water.
5. Serve the Garlic Fried Rice with fried garlic and green onions.
