Improving your running consistency can feel like a constant battle, dealing with life and those inner thoughts saying it’s too cold to get out for a run. Hey, I went through the same thing last year when I started training for my first marathon. While I was consistent with my gym routine, developing a consistent running routine to last the full marathon distance was absurd to me. Today, I share 3 steps that you can follow to improve your running consistency.
