Join in for a 15 minute STRETCH ROUTINE for flexibility, relaxation and muscle recovery. Do this sequence after your workout or on your rest day. Intervals will be 30-40 seconds per movement. You don't need any equipment except for your mat. I will however be providing modifications with yoga blocks and a yoga strap. So get ready to stretch it out! 💞 xox Mik
