Korean style Risotto

๐ณIngredients
๐Risotto
-Rice 1/2C (120g)
-Garlic 2 cloves (15g)
-Onion 1/4ea (50g)
-Bacon 2 slices (40g)
-Cherry tomato 5ea (80g)
-Market tomato sauce 1/2์ปต (140g)
-Chicken stock 1t (5g)
-Parmesan cheese powder 1T (10g)
-Butter 1 piece (10g)
-Parmesan cheese (block)
-Dried parsley
๐How to make Korean style Risotto
1. Cook onions in a pan. Add washed rice and minced garlic and cook together
2. When the rice becomes transparent, add water and chicken broth and cook together
3. When the water is boiled down, add another half cup and boil down
4. If the rice is undercooked, add an additional half cup of water and cook until the rice is 80% cooked
5. Leave the cooked rice aside for a while, and cook bacon and tomatoes in another pan
6. Add water and tomato sauce to boil, add cooked rice, and season with salt and pepper
7. Add parmesan cheese, turn off the heat, and add butter to finish
8. Serve on a plate with parmesan cheese and parsley
