INGREDIENTS for Coconut Cream:
1000 ml coconut milk (you can use plain cow's milk instead of coconut milk)
150g sugar
80g corn starch
16 g vanilla sugar
50g white chocolate
100 g coconut flakes
300 g soft butter
INGREDIENTS for the dough (8 cake layers 24 cm each)
4 eggs
200g melted butter
780 g sweetened condensed milk
280g flour
8g baking powder
100 g coconut flakes
Bake each cake layer at 200 degrees Celsius (400°F) top and bottom heat without fan circulation (without convection) on the middle rack for about 7-8 minutes
for decoration:
80 g chopped and roasted almonds
approx. 50 g coconut flakes
