No butter, no sugar, no kneading bread, easy and delicious! Liquid dough with a secret. This is the easiest and most delicious no-knead bread. You don't even need baking pans; they can easily be made from parchment paper.

Ingredients and recipe:
Warm water 400 ml
Dry yeast 6 g (1.5 tsp)
1. Mix with a whisk
All-purpose wheat flour 500 g (add in parts)
2. Stir
Salt 1.5 tsp.
3. Mix all ingredients with a spatula
4. Cover with a towel and leave for 15 minutes

6. Spray your spatula or hand with water.
7. Lift the dough and cover it
8. Do this on each side
9. Cover with a towel and let the dough rest for 15-20 minutes
10. The dough is still risen, we do the same process
11. Lift and cover the dough
12. Cover and let rest for 15-20 minutes
13. Fold the dough again and let it rest for 15 minutes
14. Look how beautiful it turned out, the dough is ready!
15. Cut plums 70 g
16. Add 90 g of plums and walnuts to the dough
17. Stir with a spatula
18. Sprinkle flour on the table
19. Dough weight 1036 g.
20. Divide into 3 equal parts
21. Roll them into a ball
22. Cover with a towel and leave for 10-15 minutes
23. Make shapes out of parchment paper
24. Repeat after me, it's very simple
25. The dough has risen a little, you can work with it
26. Pour the dough into parchment molds
27. Cover with a towel and leave for 20-25 minutes
28. Dust with flour
29. Make cuts with a sharp knife or razor
30. Bake at 220℃ (428℉) for 30 minutes
31. Spray the preheated oven with water to ensure a crispy crust.
