MRU’s Information Design program and Calgary UX teamed up to bring a mini design jam for World Usability Day!

World Usability Day is a day to celebrate and advocate for improving things by enhancing effectiveness, efficiency, safety or enjoyment. This year, the theme is ‘Collaboration and Cooperation’: working together to solve the world’s biggest problems.

We delved into the challenges surrounding public participation in shaping decisions and the importance of transparently and clearly communicating public policy.

Together, we’ll envision ways to support a more inclusive, informed, and impactful civic experience.
