Papad ke spring rolls
• Papad: 6-8 no
• Onion: 20 grams
• Garlic: 5 grams
• Cabbage: 20 grams
• Carrot: 20 grams
• Chilli sauce: 5 ml
• Soy sauce: 5 ml
• Salt: ½ teaspoon
• Coriander leaves: 10 grams
Process:
Heat oil
add pre cut vegetables
Cook until it gets 80% cooked
add salt, pepper, soy sauce and season well!
let it cool
squeeze extra water
soak papad in water
fill it with the mixture
wrap and fry!
serve with any sauce!!!
