Mixed vegetable tehri recipe
• Ghee: 1 table spoons
• Cinnamon: 1-2 sticks
• Peppercorns:8-10 no
• Red chilly: 2-3 no
• Mace: 1-2 no
• Green cardamom: 2-3 no
• Cumin: ½ teaspoon
• Carrot : 1 no
• Onion: 1 no
• Basmati rice: 250 grams
• Potato: 1 no
• Ginger garlic paste: 1 teaspoon
• Turmeric: 1 teaspoon
• Red chilly powder: ½ teaspoon
• Salt: 1 teaspoon
• Tomato: 1no
• Green peas: 50 grams
• Green chilly: 2-3 no
• Water : Double amount of unsoaked rice
• Coriander leaves: 5-10 grams
