Resep Cumi Goreng Tepung (untuk 6 porsi)

Bahan tepung basah:
350 gr cumi frozen tube
½ sdt garam
¼ sdt merica
1 sdt kaldu ayam bubuk
1 sdt baking powder
1 butir telur
1 sdt bubuk bawang putih
120 gr tepung tapioka

Lapisan kering:
Tepung tapioka

Bahan saus cocolan:
3 sdm saus sambal
2 sdm saus tomat
2 sdm air matang

Langkah:
1. Potong-potong cumi lalu pindahkan ke dalam mangkuk. Bilas cumi 2-3 kali, tiriskan
2. Masukkan telur, kaldu ayam bubuk, bubuk bawang putih, garam, merica, baking powder dan tepung tapioka, aduk rata
3. Balurkan cumi ke dalam tepung kering sedikit demi sedikit, aduk perlahan. Diamkan 1-2 menit sebelum di goreng
4. Panaskan minyak, masukkan cumi sedikit demi sedikit lalu goreng hingga kuning keemasan, tiriskan
5. Masukkan cumi ke dalam air fryer selama 5-7 menit
6. Untuk saus cocolan, campurkan saus tomat, saus sambal dan air, aduk rata
7. Cumi goreng tepung siap disajikan

Fried Calamari Recipe (yield 6 servings)

Batter ingredients:
350 g frozen squid tube
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
1 tsp chicken powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 pc egg
1 tsp garlic powder
120 g tapioca flour

Coating:
Tapioca flour

Dipping Sauce ingredients:
3 tbsp chili sauce
2 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp mineral water

Steps:
1. Slice the squid, then place in a bowl. Rinse 2-3 times and drain.
2. Add the egg, chicken powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, baking powder, and tapioca flour. Mix well.
3. Coat the squid with tapioca flour little by little. Coat gently. Let it rest for 1-2 minutes before frying.
4. Heat the oil. Fry the squid bit by bit until slightly golden brown. Set aside.
5. Place the Calamari in the air fryer for 5-7 minutes.
6. For the dipping sauce, mix the ketchup, chili sauce, and water evenly.
7. Fried Calamari is ready to serve.
