This Ampalaya Salad is a simple healthy Vegetable Salad dish, made up of Bitter melon also known as (BITTER GOURD), With Tuna. SIMPLE & EASY to prepare and yet tasty,
I don't pre-soaked with salt bitter gourd even if i dont cook it, so as not to lost some of its good nutrients, i believed that with simple technique and the combination of seasonings or dressings complements that its not really bitter. '
Serve as side dish with steamed rice and some fried dishes like fish or meat.
