1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup light brown sugar
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp cornstarch
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs
2 egg yolks
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp lemon juice
1/3 cup heavy cream

Blueberry Puree:

18 oz fresh blueberries, washed
3 Tbsp granulated sugar
1 Tbsp cornstarch
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup water
