This is OrcaTrips first trip in around a year and we pulled out all the stops. We headed down to Lima Peru to check out one of the topped ranked restaurants in the world, Central. Central Restaurante is a restaurant located in the Barranco District which happened to be very close to where we would be staying during our time in Lima. Central Restaurante is the core restaurant owned by Peruvian chef, Virgilio Martínez Véliz, and features experimental dishes that showcase indigenous Peruvian ingredients and Peruvian food. Aside from visiting Central, we also check out other hot spots in Lima.
