1 /2 tsp cumin seed powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp crushed fennel seed powder
Salt
1/2 lemon juice
chopped coriander mint
1 onion

500 grams basmati rice
2 medium onions
3 to 4 green chilli slit
2 clove
2 cardomon
2 cinnamon
1 bay leaf
chopped coriander mint
1 tsp desi ghee
2 drops kevera essence
