Few know this recipe! Christmas cake! The cake melts in the mouth! Without gelatin! Very very tasty !

INGREDIENTS for chocolate cake ( baking pan 28x18 cm, or round baking pan 26 cm)
220 g flour
40 g of cocoa
8 g baking powder
4medium-sized eggs
a pinch of salt
16 g vanilla sugar
180 g of sugar
160 ml milk (room temperature)
40 g odorless vegetable oil
the chocolate cake is baked for about 35 minutes at 170 degrees Celsius (340°F) upper-lower heat without convection on the middle rail until it is ready, and checked with a wooden stick to keep it dry and clean
50 ml of milk as cake drinks
INGREDIENTS for the cream
400 ml chilled whipped cream with a fat content of at least 30%
500 g of chilled mascarpone
300 g of chilled cream cheese
100 g of powdered sugar
16 g vanilla sugar
half of the rest of the cake
50 g coconut shavings
75 g dark chocolate (melted)
some coconut gratings for sprinkling
