📋 INGREDIENTS:
Dough:
5 egg whites
200 g sugar (1 cup)
5 egg yolks
150 g all-purpose flour (1 1/4 cups)
2 teaspoons of baking soda
200 g poppy seeds (1 3/4 cups)

Cream:
500 ml milk (2 cups)
80 g vanilla pudding powder or cornstarch (2/3 cup) **
100 g sugar (1/2 cup)
Pinch of vanilla bean
250 g butter (1 cup + 1 tablespoon)

Molding:
200 g powdered sugar (1 3/4 cups)
45 ml lemon juice (3 tablespoons)

Baking instructions:
Bake at 180°C (350°F) - 15 minutes on top/bottom heat
Baking pan diameter: 29cm x 33 cm (11 x 13 inches)

**The original recipe called for cornstarch, but I used vanilla pudding powder instead.
