35 g cornstarch
50 g of sugar
2 Eggs
50 g butter

INGREDIENTS for the dough (baking tray 42x32 cm)
10 Egg Whites
a pinch of salt
16 g vanilla sugar
250 g of powdered sugar
00 g corn starch
Grate 200 g of coconut

bake at 160 degrees Celsius (320°F) Under heat with CIRCULATING AIR (with convection) on medium rack for about 20-25 minutes
OR bake at 175 degrees Celsius (350°F) Under heat Without circulating air (without convection) on medium rack for about 40-45 minutes


about 30-50 g coconut grate as decoration
