🍀Turkish stuffed vine leaves recipe
2 glasses of rice
300 gr of minced meat
1 onion
1 tomato
Parsley
1 tablespoon of dried mint
Salt, black pepper, ground pepper
1 tablespoon of tomato paste
Half a glass of olive oil

First soak the rice in water for half an hour, then wash it well.
Finely chop the onion, tomato and parsley and add to the rice.
Add the minced meat, tomato paste and all the spices and mix.
After wrapping the grape leaves one by one, transfer them to the pan, add olive oil and enough water to cover them.
Cook on low heat for 2 hours, adding water from time to time to prevent it from sticking to the bottom (I added 1 glass of water in total)
