1/2 cup bread flour
1/2 cup room temperature water
1 tsp active dry yeast
Dough:
2 cups bread flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp active dry yeast
1 Tbsp olive oil

3/4 cup room temperature water
Onion:
1/4 cup olive oil
1 large red onion, julienned
Salt & pepper to taste
1/4 cup wine (anything you enjoy drinking)
Other Ingredients:
8 oz sharp white cheddar cheese, shredded
6 oz Genoa salami, chopped
0.5 oz fresh sage, chopped
