Avete mai sentito parlare di polpette di melanzane calabrese?
Bene , A casa mia praticamente non mancavano mai e naturalmente da piccola le odiavo .
Ho iniziato ad apprezzarle crescendo come anche i pesciolini d’orto (piscitielli d’uartu) che preparava la mia nonna. Oggi le faccio spesso entrambe e con pochissimi ingredienti mi ritrovo ad avere un secondo ed un contorno vegetariano
