Beautiful jam with whole fruits, no peeling, no soaking in borax. An easy, practical recipe.

Ingredients:
1 kg figs (not too soft)
500-550 g of sugar

The cake is baked at 170 degrees for 1 hour and 20-30 minutes. If you want it thicker, bake it longer. You can also add 700-800 g of sugar, this will make the sauce thicker, but it will be very sweet. A matter of taste.
This amount makes 4 jars of 250 ml.
