✅ DOUGH
🔸 for a 26 cm cake tin
◽ 25 g fresh yeast (or 1 pack of dry yeast 7 g)
◽ 4-5 tablespoons sugar (50 g)
◽ 100 ml milk (a little less than half a glass)
◽ 2 L eggs
◽ a pinch of salt
◽ 2 full cups of 550 flour (350 g)
◽ 100 g soft butter
✅ APPLES
◽ 50 g soft butter
◽ 1/2 cup cane sugar (100 g)
◽ 1/3 cup 30% cream (100 ml)
◽ 50 g almond flakes
◽ 3 sour apples
Bake at: 170°C top-bottom heat without convection (160°C with convection, only if you can't turn it off) for 40-45 minutes.
✅ CARAMEL SAUCE
◽ 2/3 cup cane sugar (150 g)
◽ 1/2 cup water (125 ml)
◽ 4 tablespoons butter (60 g)
◽ 1/2 cup 30% cream (125 ml)
◽ pinch of salt
