1 brick cream cheese softened
1 package ranch salad dressing mix
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can crescent rolls
Combine all well
Roll out one can of crescent rolls and pinch dough together well so it forms a sheet. Spread out cream cheese mixture evenly and roll dough into a log. Refrigerate for about an hour and then make 8 pinwheels from the log. Place 8 pinwheels into a round cake pan, or pie plate (spraying well with cooking spray before hand)
Garlic butter topping
1/2 cup melted butter
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon parsley flakes
Mix all well and brush the tops of each pinwheel generously with the garlic butter. Place in a preheated 375 degree oven for 20-25 mins, until nice and brown on top. Right from the oven, brush again with the butter mixture and enjoy!
