Brought the 1939 Chevrolet Master 85 Business Coupe out of the trailer to give it a fresh oil change to the straight 6 and figured out the left rear drum brake sticking issue. Replaced the rear rubber line before the T fitting at the rear brakes and bled the system. Also found a zip tie in the brake drum... Really??
