Talk about the little things take so much time. Jumped into the radiator hoses. This went much faster as I was expecting to cut all sorts of hoses up to make it work. I tried two different emergency brake levers I had, but they were too big, and I have little space. Decided to go super simple and use a modified bolt to secure the brakes at lock. It works. Keep it simple stupid... I pulled out on of the original rear brake rods and bent it, cut it, welded in more and sleeved it in order to use it as the clutch rod. Needed a little tweaking, but it worked. Finally, we threw in the flathead 6 volt positive ground Powergen "Power Master" alternator (part 82016) from Vintage Auto garage... Gorgeous unit.
