Resep Nasi Goreng Oat (untuk 1-2 porsi)

Bahan:
70 gr Quaker Rolled Oats
3 butir telur
120 gr nasi beras merah

Bahan bumbu halus:
4 siung bawang merah, potong
3 siung bawang putih, potong
2 butir kemiri
Minyak biji anggur secukupnya

Bahan isian:
1 batang daun bawang, iris
5 buah bakso sapi, iris
1 sdm kecap manis
½ sdm kecap ikan
1 sdm saus tiram
1 buah pakcoy, potong
2 buah cabai merah, iris
Merica sesuai selera

Langkah:
1. Campurkan Quaker Rolled Oats dengan telur, aduk rata, tutup dengan plastic wrap diamkan 45-60 menit
2. Blender bawang putih, bawang merah, kemiri, dan minyak hingga halus
3. Tumis bumbu halus hingga wangi, masukkan rolled oats, aduk hingga kering
4. Masukkan daun bawang bagian batang dan bakso, aduk rata
5. Tambahkan kecap ikan, kecap manis, saus tiram, dan nasi, aduk rata
6. Tambahkan merica, cabai merah, sisa daun bawang, dan pakcoy, aduk rata
7. Nasi goreng oat siap disajikan

Oat Fried Rice Recipe (yield 1-2 servings)

Ingredients:
70 g Quaker Rolled Oats
3 pc egg
120 g red rice

Blended Spices ingredients:
4 pc shallot, sliced
3 clove garlic, sliced
2 pc candlenut
Grapeseed oil, as needed

Add-ons ingredients:
1 pc green onion, sliced
5 pc beef meatball, sliced
1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
½ tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 pc bok choy, sliced
2 pc red chili, sliced
Pepper, to taste

Steps:
1. Mix the Quaker Rolled Oats with eggs. Stir and cover with plastic wrap. Let soak for 45-60 minutes.
2. Blend the garlic, shallots, candlenuts, and oil until smooth.
3. Sauté the blended spices until fragrant. Add the rolled oats and cook until crisp.
4. Add the white part of the green onions and meatballs. Stir.
5. Add fish sauce, sweet soy sauce, and rice. Stir.
6. Season with pepper. Add the red chili, the rest of the green onions, bok choy. Stir.
7. Oat Fried Rice is ready to serve.
