🎃 Ingredients for the filling:
24 oz/ 700 g pumpkin (bake 190 °C (375 °F) 45 min)
4 oz/ 100 g sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ginger
3oz/65g coconut cream
2 tbsp cornstarch

👻 Ingredients for the shortcrust pastry:
9 oz/250g flour
A pinch of salt
1 tsp baking powder
6 oz/ 180g vegan butter (vegetable butter)
8 tbsp ice water

Bake in a preheated oven at 175 °C (347 °F) for 60 minutes
