Want to enjoy the taste of a chocolate muffin without extra calories? A Starbucks muffin has 440 kcal, while our homemade version contains only 300 kcal!
In this video, I'll show you how to easily make healthy chocolate muffins that are just as delicious and airy, but with minimal sugar and fat.

Ingredients:
• Zucchini – 140 g
• Salt – 1/2 tsp

• Stevia syrup – 1 tbsp
• Cocoa butter – 1.5 tbsp

• Unsweetened cocoa powder – 15 g
• (Optional) Chocolate protein isolate – 30 g
• Baking powder – 1/2 tsp
• Salt – 1/4 tsp
• Butter – 5 g (for greasing)

Instructions:
1. Grate zucchini and mix with salt. Let sit for 15 minutes, then squeeze out excess moisture.
2. Whisk egg, stevia syrup, and cocoa butter until frothy.
3. In a separate bowl, mix flours, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
4. Add the zucchini to the dry ingredients, then mix in the egg mixture.
5. Grease muffin molds with butter, fill halfway with the mixture.
6. Bake at 180°C for 30–35 minutes. Cool completely before serving.
