Here's my take on an American classic, the Light Lager. Its light, with a touch of citrus on the nose and is almost too crushable.
An empty fermentation chamber means I can cater to any yeast, making this the perfect time to brew my first lager! Big shout out to TheBruSho for not only making some high quality videos and for brewing some tasty looking beers.
