Sardine Roast Recipe
Ingredients:

1 kg sardines
4 tablespoons coconut oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
1/4 tsp fenugreek seeds
25 shallots
2 green chillies
12 crushed garlic
2 inch piece ginger
2 sprigs curry leaves
2 tomatoes
3 kokums
12 byadagi chillies
salt to taste 1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder



Lemon wedges for serving
Tips:
