I think it’s safe to say that if corn was a love language it would be mine. I could eat corn every day in every way possible. I hope you give this recipe a try because it’s one of my favorites.

👩🏻🍳 CORN CASSEROLE
1 can (15.25 oz) whole kernel sweet corn, drained
1 can (14.75 oz) cream style sweet corn
½ cup melted butter (1 stick)
2 beaten eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 pkg. (8.5 oz) Jiffy corn muffin mix
4 oz. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Bake at 350F or 176C for 40 minutes. Top with cheese and bake an additional 15 minutes.
