Part 1 of the K24A Swap into a 1995 Honda Civic Coupe.
In this video I start preparing the engine for the swap. I tear-down the K24A in preparation for some 'must do' modifications I will install in a future episode. Including:
45 deg VTC gear
K20A2 oil pump
Hondata intake manifold gasket
2005 accord throttle body (needed to work with the stock 95 civic throttle cable)
2005 accord water pump housing/passage (needed to mount a USDM alternator)
