This pair of kitchen shears has been used in this house for a very long time. Well, they broke, and instead of trying to fix them, I did something way better: I made a carving knife! Apparently, this is some pretty good steel, and this turned out to be one of the sharpest objects I've ever held. I'm extremely happy with how this turned out.
