Bread flour 300g｜2,1/8cup
Salt 2.5g | 1/2tsp
Sugar 60g｜1/4cup
Instant yeast 3g | 1tsp
Fresh milk 120ml+-
Whole egg 1｜55g+-
Purple potato puree 120g | 1/2cup
Unsalted butter 30g｜1/8cup

Pan size 24x5cm

Bake at 170°C｜340°F for 17-20 minutes
