I have tried many recipes and ways, but this is so far the easiest and most effective way to make the baguette. Happy baking and enjoy!

Recipe:

First Starter
120 gr All-purpose or bread flour 1 cup
14 gr Active dry yeast 1.5 tbsp
13 gr Sugar 1 tbsp
250 ml Lukewarm water 1 cup
Ingredients to Add to the Starter
500 gr All-purpose or bread flour 2 + 1/4 cups
60 ml Olive oil 1/4 cup
30 gr Honey 1.5 tbsp
12 gr Salt 2 tsp
350 ml Lukewarm water 1+ 1/2 cup
More flour for kneading, flouring the working surface, and sprinkling. maximum 3/4 cup
About 100 ml water for brushing
