I know, it's hard to hang your hat on a favourite, but this traverse of Derwent Edge as described in Paul Besley's book, 'Dark Peak Walks' has to be up there. A steady climb up to the ridge, great views and returning from Fairholmes Car Park all within 5/6 hours.

This is a popular location, so you need an early start and assured of good facilities before you set off!
