God is calling His people to stand firm in their faith, but let's be honest, that can be pretty hard to do in today's culture. The good news is that God gives us the strength to get through the hard times and works through His people to get us through it, too. And we need all the help we can get because to stand firm in our faith we need to live purposefully so we can ultimately push forward the gospel.
