Butter 75g (5 ¼ tablespoons)
Sugar 75g (6 tablespoons)
2 Eggs
Plain Yogurt 60g (¼ cup)
Plain Flour 135g (2/3 cup, 4 ½ tablespoons)
Baking powder 1 ½ teaspoons
Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
Milk 60ml (¼ cup)
Dried Fruits and Nuts 200g (1 cup)

Measuring cup size - 240ml
7-inch Savarin Mold

Bake in a preheated Oven at 165c (329f) for 35-45 minutes
