If you want to bake a small cake, just take half of all the ingredients into one 20 cm baking dish

for 2 molds (20 cm each, as in the video) or for a baking dish 26 cm or for a baking dish 28x18 cm
INGREDIENTS for white dough:
6 egg whites
1 pinch of salt
8 g vanilla sugar or one tbsp vanilla extract
240 g of sugar
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
50 g vegetable oil (odorless)
120 g corn starch

INGREDIENTS for chocolate dough:
6 egg yolks
2 Eggs (size M)
1 pinch of salt
16 g vanilla sugar or one tbsp vanilla extract
180 g of sugar
100 g of melted butter
100 ml of milk (room temperature)
220 g flour
40 g of cocoa
10 g baking powder

I bake the cakes in a preheated oven at 175 degrees Celsius (350°F) at an average level without convection for about 45 minutes.

480 g canned peaches
juice from peaches for impregnation of biscuits

INGREDIENTS for the cream:
350 ml of cold whipping cream (min. 30% fat)
100 g powdered sugar
16 g vanilla sugar
250 g cold mascarpone cheese
300 g cold cream cheese
150 g of chilled peach yogurt (10% fat content)

100 g roasted almond petals (optional) for decoration
