In my experience, Turkish air has been extremely difficult to work with. Their call center is no help. They direct you to file a feedback form. Dont forget that you are entitled to compensation for delays and cancellations! Delays are inconvenient & it doesnt help when the airline doesn’t cooperate. Here is the process to get that money honey
