SMP Negeri 24 Malang has a vision:
The realization of SMART (Polite, Independent, Active, Religious, and Skilled), healthy, caring, and environmentally cultured people based on faith and piety to God Almighty.
To realize this vision, we have a mission:
1. Improving the competence of graduates who are intelligent, skilled, competitive, love the homeland, have faith and fear God Almighty.
2. Implementing standards for curriculum development at the education unit level in schools.
3. Realizing the character of school citizens who are SMART (polite, independent, active, religious, and skilled).
4. Building the character of school residents who care about the environment to realize efforts to preserve the school environment.
5. Increase prevention efforts against damage and pollution of the school environment by increasing the quality and quantity of environmentally friendly educational facilities and infrastructure.
6. Increase efforts to protect the school environment.
7. Improving the standards of educators and education that are relevant to the needs of today's development.
8. Develop school management standards equipped with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
9. Improve the development of standards for raising funds for school financing from sponsors and education observers.
10. Develop academic and non-academic education assessment standards.
11. Develop activities with a clean and healthy lifestyle.
