Known locally as SM Ecoland, it is the first SM Mall in the Mindanao region, opening to the public on November 2001. The Main Mall is 3-level with the Department Store, Supermarket and features 6 digital cinemas as well as several local and international store brands. The Annex is an expansion building of SM City Davao. It has shops on its levels 1-2, while bpo facilities are on levels 3-4.
