Navy soup:
vegetable oil
onion (1/2 cut into small cubes)
sweet pepper (1/2 pcs finely chopped)
minced meat (300 g)
fry everything together in a saucepan in vegetable oil
tomato sauce 150 ml
water
allspice peas (several pieces)
dill
web vermicelli
salt

Stew:
meat (400 gr)
vegetable oil
onion (1/2 piece finely chopped)
carrots (1/2 pcs)
1 PC. red sweet pepper
4 things. potatoes
cabbage
cream
sour cream
water (100-150 ml)
salt to taste
ground black pepper
dried garlic

Zucchini (light version, without mayonnaise):
Cut the zucchini into slices, add salt
*** roll in flour, fry
garlic
